Exhibitionz is not a party to, and does not participate in, any transaction, negotiation, sale, purchase, delivery or payment between a Buyer and a Supplier. We are not liable for even a single rupee of any sale, refund, or dispute arising between users — all such dealings happen directly between the parties, entirely at their own risk.
We do not manufacture, sell, own, ship, or take possession of any goods or services listed. We do not verify Supplier claims, certifications, pricing, or product quality. Contact details shown (phone, WhatsApp, prices) are supplied by the Supplier and displayed as-is.
Any transaction between a Buyer and Supplier is solely between those two parties. Exhibitionz bears no responsibility for non-delivery, defective goods, misrepresentation, fraud, non-payment, or any dispute — financial or otherwise — arising from it. Verify credentials and use secure payment methods before paying anyone.
Supplier subscriptions renew automatically via auto-mandate until cancelled. A visible listing is not an endorsement or a guarantee of leads, enquiries, or sales. We may suspend or remove any listing at our discretion, including for non-payment or suspected fraud.
The Platform is provided "as is." Our total liability to any user is capped at the subscription fees they paid us in the preceding 3 months, and excludes indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, to the maximum extent permitted by Indian law.
